I love the way each sheep appears to have his/her own personality.

Quilting done - 2 lines around each sheep & a start to quilting the circles on top middle sheep. The thread is Scanfil organic cotton, shade celery & works perfectly on the background. Attachments:

Sandra, It's certainly shaping up nicely. That's quite a crowd of spectators you have.

rags, the spectators are a very small (but recent) part of my flock - the big-eyed lamb is a modern resin, the mother & child are vintage, probably plaster, the delicate one is a vintage celluloid piece, the largest was a pressie from Joybell this Chrismas, & the black one is a finger puppet I bought a few days ago! and I had to buy his mate - the magnetic-nosed flying pig!! Sandra, You're building a collection to be proud of. Now that pigs are flying, who knows what can be accomplished?
I noticed the cooling fan in the background. It's strange to imagine that it can be so hot there when we're slipping and sliding on ice here.

Oh, I like your sheeps!
Actually Rags, we're having a very wet summer....floods in many parts of the country, and a much cooler than usual summer too. Not that I mind it being cooler!

I prefer cooler to hot & humid - which doesn't mean I'd want to go to snowy climes!

oooh, you must be a senior Senior!
I can remember it from 'Sentimental Journey' radio program which played hits from the 20s/30s/40s in the 70s & 80s. Later nostalgia programs played 60s & 70s so i stopped listening - today youngsters find the 90's nostalgic!
sandra (who turned 60 a few weeks ago & is eagerly awaiting her Seniors Card!)
