Mr. ragdall and I drove to Nanton, Alberta, to attend his plastic model competition which was held June 1st, in the Bomber Command Museum. On the way there we saw many animals and we stayed overnight in a motel with interesting furniture constructed using tree branches. One of our sons brought his family to the model show from Edmonton, (a 4 hour drive, each way). We took the three children to see a nearby Garden Railway attraction and ride on a small train there. On the way home the wildlife was very scarce. Mr. ragdall suggested that their contract had ended May 31st. I was happy to find two cooperative Steller's Jays at one of the rest stops.
